Bubble Gum

Bubble gum is sticky and chewy.

I blow a bubble and it pops on my face,

and I do it again.

Its sweet and pink in my mouth.

I chew the gum and a sweet juice flows on to my tongue.

Gum is a sweet treat.

Feet

Bare feet hitting

ground, what a 

good feeling.

Rain

Rain  falling hard

pitter pater on the window

then harder and harder

then,

suddenly 

sunlight.

Little fly

Little fly flying

then bam into a web

oh no! oh no!

Shooting Star Haiku

They shoot fast and hard.
Shooting stars are like rockets.
I like shooting stars.

Scout on the Oregon Coast

So....this is me, Scout, at the coast. Actually - in the ocean picture, I'm on the California coast and in the river picture, I'm in California on the Smith River. You're wondering...why is Scout wearing a cap? Because it was cooooooollllllld! And that never stops me from getting n the water. What about you?
